Ratings and Reviews
No password manager access
This app is better than the last one since it lets us use our online password.
However it doesn’t allow me to access LastPass when entering my password.
It also made me enter security codes multiple times!!! Very painful access.
It does work!
I had the same login problems as others at first, read the reviews, and assumed it was just a defunct app. I spoke to someone associated with the bank and as it turns out, the problem was that I was using my mobile login credentials that worked on the previous app, whereas the new app requires your online banking login. I called Wayne Savings to get access to the login credentials necessary and now it works perfectly. They could be clearer about needing the online rather than mobile login, but I think it's safe to say most of the bad reviews are unintentional user error and the app itself is fine.
Terrible App
I have been having problems with this app for the past four years. It’s main issue are failed logins that cause the account to be locked until the bank is contacted. This has caused several problems when it occurs at night or on weekends. In addition, when I contact the bank they don’t seem to care about the problem and never suggest a permanent solution. I am becoming frustrated enough that I am seriously considering closing all my accounts with Wayne Savings. I would give this a zero rating.
