Description

GearBag - Texas Edition is an app developed by a Texas cop for:
Texas Police, Attorneys, Correction Officers or anyone who needs to read, study, bookmark or search Texas law. All laws have been updated and are current.

All statutes and offense codes can be viewed and searched offline (perfect for those who patrol rural areas).

The app is also bundled with many more tools that LEOs could use on a daily basis.

The app will be continually updated and new laws will be added when they are released. At this time there are no ads, so enjoy the free version and if you like it, subscribe!

This app is updated at least quarterly and has been updated for the 88th Legislature (2023-2024). If you choose to subscribe and ensure you have the most updated features, a small annual cost of just $9.99 will apply; prior subscribers will continue to only be charged $4.99.

Wow

Just from looking through all the tabs after subscribing, I can already I’m going to using the heck out of this. I have another app that provides the same information but not as much and accurately as this. Not to mention that this app’s navigation is way better then the other app I use. I’ve been very disappointed is the other app because it has so many issues, accuracy is crap and the navigation to find anything is crap. The narcs section is definitely hands down a up, specially with how many drugs and names are around. Without making this longer, I strongly recommend this app for not just newer officers in the field but seasoned officers. Definitely putting this through our guys and see if they’ll get on board with it.

Love it

It’s a great app for all of law enforcement in Texas. What would be nice is to have a section for traffic stop case laws. I believe I saw Maryland vs Wilson, but not Pennsylvania vs. Mimms. I’m sure there are other case laws I can’t recall, but a traffic stop case law section would be awesome and a great way to refresh my memory. And what would also be cool is to add a highlighter option so I can highlight key points instead of trying to skim through the law to find the key stuff. Other than that it’s a great. Worth the buy, keep up the good work!

Fix this issue.

Update: the issue was solved and I can now access everything! Thanks a lot man! Love the app. Very easy to navigate and very useful when on calls!!

I paid the 4.99$ subscription and it still says I’m using the free version! Fix this and my rating is I’ll change

Developer Response ,
