Our latest app compliments our book, The Healthy Self, and allows your company, church, or community to go through 10 weeks of progressive challenges based upon the habits of the longest living Americans all within the app. You'll find a leaderboard to compete with your friends as the app automatically tracks your points and tracks your ranking within your group! Also, enjoy an integration with the Apple Health app to track your steps, exercise times and active calories.
