Obsessed with this app!

Clear and cut HIIT workouts. No frills. Does exactly what it's supposed to do....make you sweat! Amazing for travel and of course quarantine. Love having HIIT workouts on demand that you can customize! Love this app!

Needs more exercises but still great

Having a video for each is awesome but only being able to pick from 30+ when there are 300+ on other apps would be the down side. There are no resistance bands or slam ball workouts either. The pick and choose for exercises and rest times is 5 star! Oh yeah and no music 😞
