What’s New
Version 1.29.3
In this release, we are introducing support for URL deep linking. This means that when you click on an Alignable URL from an email or otherwise, instead of it opening on your phone's browser, it will open that page on your mobile app. To start, not all URLs will have this feature turned on. We will be slowly turning this on for specific groups of URLs.
We are also including in this release a few bug fixes and performance improvements, including solving an issue where when trying to log into the app, depending on your phone’s settings, the keyboard was overlapping on top of the email or password fields.
Ratings and Reviews
No way to get to their support team
While on Alignable, they solicited me to spend $200 promoting my business and my ROI was close to a BIG ZERO for 2 months and now I want to cancel but there is no way to get in touch with them and I have posted many request to groups to show me how but there is no hope. This os the worst app ever what a waste. If support team reads this then contact me to resolve my problem and I will improve this review. HOMEREDI on Alignable.
Terrible app doesn’t work
90% of the time I use the app, it doesn’t work and I’m forced to use my laptop instead to login. This is often troublesome because I’ll see a notification of a message but I can’t get to it to read it in a timely fashion to respond. I also have to login every time because it doesn’t keep my info.
The ROI for Alignable is pretty much zero. The leads I do get aren’t what I’m looking for or they don’t come in at all. I have recommendations, I’ve filled in all of my profile and I’m even in some groups. Problem with the groups is you can’t promote yourself. Isn’t that why we are all here?
Disappointed in the app, and overall service.
Horrible Refund Policy
I bought a 1-year platinum membership thinking my referrals would increase exponentially. Long story short it wasn’t worth the money. So when I found out 15 days in that the year contract auto-renewed, my request to cancel and refund the subscription was denied because it wasn’t “within the timeframe.” Then support felt the need to say I signed in 8 times since it renewed. Easy to do when you’re just accepting requests and clearing notifications. Doesn’t justify taking 11.5 months of payments from me when I’m only 15 days in.
Long story short, it’s overrated and unnecessary. If you have to use social media for referral business, just use LinkedIn.
