Love this App!

This is one of the best workout apps I have ever used! It is very user friendly. You can choose from home or gym workouts. It tells you how many reps and sets you should do for each exercise, along with a box to put in the amount weight and also a rest timer. There is also a timer that tells you how long you worked out and the amount of calories you burned, etc. This app also contains a whole lot of other info. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. Also, I can’t say enough about Sloane. She has always answered my questions and has been so helpful!

Best Fitness App out there!

SloanSquad is an awesome app! Every workout will get you stronger each day! Although some workouts are challenging, SloanSquad makes me feel like a better me! You can pick from either 30 minute workouts or 60 minute workouts… whatever works best for you! Both workouts are amazing and will make you feel stronger and healthier! In the app, recipes are also listed which has truly been a game changer for me! They are so yummy and most importantly healthy fuel for my workouts! SloanSquad truly is the best fitness app out there⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I can without hesitation say that this app has helped my chronic back pain and tenuous hip way more than any doctor, chiropractor, acupuncturist or physical therapist ever has. I have followed the the app religiously, except for taking a brief hiatus when I had COVID, and have put a lot of time and effort in and I could not be happier with the results and benefits I have gotten from it. If you are looking to get stronger, get into better shape or if you have a bad back and have been given the clearance to exercise, then without a doubt this is the strength training app for you!
