Description

Keep track of your gym progress by entering the weight and reps used at every exercise. This will tell you when to increase the weights to progressively overload your muscles.

Works well with linear fitness programs like PHUL and PHAT.

You will need an Apple Watch to complete exercises.


This app integrates with the Health app by logging your workout sessions.

Concept is great, but it’s a bare minimum app

I love the concept of it walking me through my workouts on my Apple Watch and tracking my sets, but I dislike that I can not adjust the weight from kgs to lbs format and I also dislike that I can not alter the weight for each set. I have to lift the same amount for all sets in that exercise.
