Description

Silly Sentences Part of Speech is a fun and interactive way for students to practice identifying parts of speech. Students will be able to identify Nouns, Pronouns, Verbs, Adjectives and Adverbs using crazy mixed up sentences that will have your students laughing and having fun while learning.

There are three game types in Silly Sentences Part of Speech. The first is a sorting game where students will be given a list of words and asked to sort the words by identifying all the words that belong to a part of speech. Next, students will be given a silly sentence with a word highlighted and asked to identify which part of speech that word belongs to. In the third game students will be asked to find all the words within a crazy mixed-up sentence that belongs to a chosen part of speech.

Silly Sentences keeps track of correct and incorrect scores. This gives students quick feedback on how well they are doing. Their are three different levels for each game so you can differentiate based on learning ability. There are definitions for each part of speech in case your student needs a quick reminder. We hope you will have a lot of laughs while learning parts of speech with Silly Sentences!
