Description

Helping adults teach children to read and do simple math.

Similar to flash cards, this app is designed to help adults teach children words, numbers, and simple math. This app provides list of words and numbers for you to cycle through with your children. The app has a very simple and clean design, just a few colors, it goes straight to the learning concepts, not to distract your children from the actual learning. It makes it very easy and fun to use on the sofa, in line while grocery shopping, in the car... anywhere really.

Similar to flash cards, or word lists, you can randomly cycle through words, numbers or simple math with children and have them read them aloud while you supervise and help them learn.

With a tap on the speaker icon, have Siri speak the word. Great for learning new words.

Complete with words lists including:
Sight Words (First 100, 200 and 300)
Animal Words
Ocean Words
Space Words

There is also simple math such as:
Addition where the sum is less than 10
Addition where the sum is less than 20
Addition where the sum is less than 99
Subtraction for numbers less than 10
Subtraction for numbers less than 20
Subtraction for numbers less than 99
Multiplication for numbers less than 10

The Apple TV app works in the same way, using the remote and displaying on the TV.

Outstanding children's learning aap

This aap is "plain and clean" whereby the children are able to focus on the lesson/subject matter itself without being drawn and distracted by visual patterns and drawings as is so common in other "kids" aaps of this kind. The menu interface is plain and simple for the operator too adding to its simplicity and ease of use. Highly recommended!

Just right

This app is just rights for children that are starting to learn first concepts, my children are 4 and 6 and we use it in the car to learn to read words and to do math. It has a great range between pre-K and first grade concepts. Love it!!!

Good learning tool. Some 2.5 year olds can learn off the three letter word category. You can make it a scavenger hunt and look for the object in your house - such as mug. Then it is an even more fun game for the young ones! 😃
