Updated review: need wechat login to restore purchase
Just got help from China: the restore purchase button is still not working, but I managed to restore purchase by logging into the app with wechat. So anyone who want to restore purchase need to log into the app either with a Chinese phone number or a wechat account on the old device first. Then log in again on the new device, and then the app on the new device will restore purchase automatically.
