Love equator, the app is glitchy
First, I love equator, it’s my favorite coffee. That is why I’m giving it 4 stars. If the app wasn’t so glitchy it would be 5. Just this morning I tried to place and order. The app changed times and asked me to confirm and order. I clicked yes and it only changed the time, did not place the order. I got down there and checked status and had to place again.
First version, bad. Update, no better
I want this app to work well. Its pretty but there are a number of flaws. 1. Often I make customizations on the app to my drink and they do not come through to the store and there is no way on the app (may have been solved in the new version) to reference the original detailed order to prove you did. 2. The new version of the app appears to not recognize my original account (not a good user experience) 3. The new app forces you to tip a certain amount before you’ve experienced the service, does not make sense. Overall, the app is nice looking but it does not compete with the Philz app in functionality, usability, and common sense behavior
User friendly!!
The app is super easy to use! I’m so happy to be able to still get my favorite coffee even under quarantine.
My only suggestion is adding a “custom” option for tipping. I want to be able to support the baristas with more than just a % of my order.
