The very best!
SLT , the workout , the people and environment has added so much to my life physically as well as emotionally . After a very active and athletic life I had beaten my body up to the point that I was in constant pain and could no longer be as active as I wanted. That all changed when I started doing SLT 10 years ago. The workout is by far the best full body workout I’ve even seen, tried . I am stronger , feel better and in better shape at 62 than I have been since my 20’s. Thank you to Amanda and all the incredible staff and instructors .

I’ll say it again I love love looooove the workout. Nothing makes you sore in places that you never knew existed.
In regards to the app- there should be an option to favorite your instructors so you can follow them to the different locations. Although I do feel the burn with every instructor, there are some that make you laugh cry laugh again during the class that makes the pain enjoyable.
