Ratings and Reviews
Non Functional App
App is not working on any mobile platform since last one week. You need to ask your IT support team to make it functional soonest as customers are having a real tough time in accessing their accounts.
Face ID not working / not registering trusted devices / auto allow paste OTP
App fails to register my device to enable alternative login method such as Face ID, even after I verify my device it prompts me with the failed to register message.
Secondly, the app is not optimised to enable Auto-Paste feature on iPhone whenever OTP is received. I always have to manually type the OTP instead of it just popping up above the keyboard.
Worst banking app ever its always buggy and takes ages to load.
Hope management takes notice and rectifies above stated issues.
