Premium member update

Update fixed the biometric login, I’ve not reimplemented it but happy I can login.

I enjoy the interface, love the layout but that’s about it. So great for a nice dividend tracker that doesn’t require you to access your brokerage account. Also love the technical updates on stocks followed, I’m finding this helpful insight.

What it’s lacking... So far DRIP has not worked but hoping after recent update that will resolved. The news cycle/updates are not current. The research center is good for beginners as simply categorizes stocks, no way to filter etc.. has a lot of potential and would love to see more analysis tools.

Best way to track dividends

I have a number of equities across several different financial institutions, and despite subscribing to some of the big portfolio trackers, like SeekingAlpha, MorningStar, Yahoo Finance, and Mad Dividends, I still wasn’t getting what I needed for tracking my dividend stocks and planning my future investments. Dividend Tracker admittedly has a “different” UI, and it takes a bit of practice to get to know the many features, but I find myself referring back to it again and again now. It has truly become indispensable to me as a dividend-focused investor.

And at least one other reviewer mentioned the amazing support, and it’s true. If the app does crash, there’s an option to send a report to the developer. Well, after a few crashes on my device (for which I chose to send the report to the Dev), they emailed me, telling me they identified the issue and had a fix in the works. It hasn’t crashed for me since then. I also sent them an email requesting a couple of features and they wrote back within an hour or so, telling me how to find one (what I wanted was already there - I just didn’t know how to do it), and telling me they’d look into the other.

Aside from maybe Mail and Messages, this may very well be my most used app now.

App Seems Impressive, but...

At a glance, I think this app will do just about everything I am looking for. Tracks my owned stocks, lets me set up multiple portfolios for my brokerage account and my Roth IRA, estimates dividend income, etc. I’d love to give this 5 stars. I’d also probably love to purchase the premium lifetime platinum (though a trial first might be nice).

Where things get dicey is when the App Store listing shows premium platinum as $50 for life but then in the app itself it is double that. Then, poking around the app to try and find a contact form to ask support about it, the ads are so bad that navigation is unbearable. When I finally got to the support section, there is a physical mailing address, but that’s it. Then the “contact us” section says something about a phone number, but nothing is listed....last, but not least, when I open the support page in a web browser, Safari alerts me that the page is not secure.

Edit: I did find an email option in the app; might be prudent to remove the other contact us section if that is the intended method of contact.

We had to raise prices due to our data providers increasing their pricing. Please consider Financial data is expensive and pay-per-use.
