One-on-one, non-emergency care is more convenient with LMH Health TeleCare. Skip the drive and parking and connect to one of our board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners or outpatient care managers on your tablet or smartphone — wherever you are.
Your provider will help you decide if telehealth is right for you and schedule your virtual appointment. Download the LMH Health TeleCare app, set up your account and you’re ready to go. When it’s time for your appointment, open your app, log in and arrive at your appointment.

LMH Health TeleCare is not available for urgent or emergency treatment. If you are experiencing life-threating symptoms, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
LMH Health takes your privacy very seriously. Your virtual visit is secure and HIPAA compliant.
If you are an Apple Health user you will have the option to share important health information with your provider during your video visit. Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
