Useless
Sorry but this app is useless. Like another reviewer, it wouldn’t take my login no matter how i tried. I read your response but your answer is also useless. I know my login AT work but it doesn’t get me in with the app…will delete this app and recommend others do not use and hope that Apple has it removed until developers actually fix the issues mentioned by me and others. Shame on you for such shoddy workmanship😡
Worked Once, initially
It worked initially when I first registered, then on the second time trying to log in, pure frustration, gave up due to my time constraints. Later trying to log in and after resetting my password and trying, still no luck. Deleted this app and use the desktop only, I hope this is not an indication of how the accessing of your own information in the future will be.
Can’t even register. Doesn’t work.
The New User Registration screen asks for First name, Last name, DOB, and Employee ID. When you hit Submit, it throws an error saying “SSN should be 9 digits with no dashes”. Uh what?! It didn’t ask me for the SSN! And then if I delete the employee id and put in my SSN it can’t find me. Pretty useless. Didn’t get past the registration screen. Deleting the app. Will use the website. Ugh!
