Can’t log in
I was looking for an easier way to manage my DBWS. I can’t even get logged in. I know my password is correct since I’m logged in on my computer. Looks like this has been a problem for awhile based on reviews. Deleting the app. Please don’t promote this app on the demonstrator site if it’s not going to work or be maintained.
Can’t log in
I’m glad I’m not the only one having issues with the app! I swear when I first downloaded it it worked. I’d like to use it to look at products etc if I’m away from my computer but I can’t. I even thought I forgot my password but you don’t even have the choice to change it if you tried! Maybe someday...
Not Quite There Yet
Unable to sign in though my credentials work on the web site. No where to create account, or get help for password or user name. Based on other reviews assume you already know the app is not ready for prime time.
