STRATIS 2.0 4+

I love this app so much. It’s been a huge game changer for me. I can stay in bed for as long as I want! I used to get up multiple times a night to walk downstairs and get some water or change my Nest thermostat. I still have to walk downstairs and get water but I no longer have to turn on all the lights and disturb my family. I can click a button on my phone, while in bed, and dim only the lights I need. Also I can stay in bed and just change my thermostat as many times as I want from my phone now too. There are a bunch more features in the app I haven’t used yet. But I’ve used these two so far and it’s been awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible app

This app is absolutely terrible. My apt residence uses this app in addition to one other app to allow us to access different buildings, etc in the community. The only real use I have for this app is that it’s supposed to allow me to unlock my apt with the app. I have lived in this apt for over a year and have never got this to work. Worst part is that this is now the THIRD time that I’m not able to sign in at all as the app claims my email and phone are not associated with any account. For some reason my account seems to keep reverting to some random, incorrect phone number, I contact their customer support, they fix it, then I try to unlock my apt but that feature never works, then I forget about the app. But I tried to sign in again as I will actually need the feature to unlock my apt when going on vacation so I can give access to someone else, I wanted to see if the app can help with that but now for the third time I cannot log in, I’m sure they will tell me the same thing AGAIN, that I need my apt management to correct my phone number, for the third time for some reason. Basically this app is absolutely useless and I have no idea why my apt community continues to use this app.

No iOS feature support

Needs Apple Watch, widget and most of all shortcut support. There’s no room for automation, and it seems all the app does is list various smart devices. EDIT Dev's response addressed one of my major concerns, so I'm putting this at 2 stars, up from one. While there is a widget, and I appreciate the devs response, the widget does not work. Seems the app closes in the background, and needs to be open for the widget to work, which defeats the purpose of the widget. That, or the widget is just broke. I do hope they update the widget to use widget kit released in iOS 14. Thanks for the response dev, I’m glad you’re responding to customers.

A common response is security concerns, but iOS has a ton of features to mitigate any of these concerns. Lock Screen support is and someone unlocking your home without unlocking your phone is as much of a security concern as someone stealing your keys and unlocking your front door.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback, we really appreciate it! The widget can be added for iOS 15 by swiping right across the lock screen and tapping Edit then Customize from here you are able to add the 'STRATIS Access Point' widget.

As far as integrating with the new widget kit released for iOS 14 on the home screen, we're looking into this for 2022. There are security implications for being able to control your home door lock via widget or shortcut from the lock screen or home screen of your phone that will need to be considered. The Apple Watch is also something we're considering in the future.
