Changed home page
Why do you programmers feel the need to update the look and change the make up of the home page and the way everyone is use to using the app. Leave well enough alone.
Terrible Application /Website
Ive been investing for 20+ years with this plan and other brokerage firms and can seriously say this made a turn for the worst. There is no way to see your daily gain loses and current values for the day week or year. This is one of the key metrics for investors and is not currently provided. Voya & Deferred are clearly not putting their clients first. This is why investors are rolling accounts out to other brokers. Most leave the 457 with the plan because they can access it but I guarantee that once those are eligible they will be transferred out to another broker.
Can’t log in from I-Phone
Title says it all. Can’t log in on I-Phone to app because of some glitch I was told by an employee when I spent half hour on phone calling to find out why I couldn’t see my investment.
