We make fitness simple YET extremely effective. After age 30, we start to lose muscle. After age 40, we lose 3–8% of muscle every decade. That is why strength workouts are important for women.

Your plate if full. Try our most popular, Weekly Schedule, which provides new workouts each week including barre, strength, cardio and mobility. You choose the length of workouts and how many days a week you need and can fit in! 

Our fitness programs are for beginners to life-long athletes. The workouts can be done in as little as 25 minutes, 3 times a week. No experience necessary, just show up and press play. Here’s a break-down where you can start:

GETTING STARTED: If you're new to exercise, get started with our initial two-week program.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE: Weekly workouts where you choose your plan - 3x a week, 4x a week, 5x a week or the athlete schedule. These workouts create cardio endurance, build strength, and keep you motivated no matter your fitness level. New workouts are uploaded every week.

SPECIALIZED PROGRAMS: For all stages of life - including prenatal, postnatal and core restore for ab separation. They focus on core stability, pelvic floor, healing diastasis, strength and mobility during pregnancy, postpartum and after.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE: Recipes and meal plans from our registered dietitian following simple nutritional guidelines. We believe in integration not elimination.

MORE WORKOUTS:

Burn – barre, Pilates and light dumbbells that burn out targeted muscle groups with a big focus on core & flexibility.

Sculpt – controlled movements using dumbbells, sliders and bands; 70–90 second sets, we begin and end with mobility.

HIIT – low and high–impact cardio options with sprints, moderate and recovery intervals.

WHO WE ARE: I’m Lindsay! I grew up watching my mom teach fitness. I loved seeing her serve others while making them feel good about themselves! So, I got my degree in Exercise Science. Years later, I danced in the NFL, broadened my certifications, and became a mom of three. But I never really found my “sweet spot” until I learned to balance nutrition, fitness and recovery. 


Through multiple focus groups and research, I’ve found that traditional strength training combined with my love for Pilates and Barre equals a healthy, happy body that will serve us well. It’s my mission to spread my health and fitness knowledge honed over decades and help women feel good! It doesn’t have to be complicated … actually, it’s simple and fun!


Fifteen years ago we started this small family business, and we’ve grown to a team of ten serving over 85,000 moms.

Functional Fitness

I started using Moms into Fitness 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. I was an athlete in college and an avid runner, swimmer, and cycler pre-motherhood. I would easily spend 2+ hours a day working out and I loved it. But then, I had children, I was working, my life was a fast moving train that never seemed to slow down and I couldn’t figure out how to work out. Enter MIF.
I was feeling pretty down after baby #2. I felt like I had no time and there was no way I was ever going to lose any of the weight. A friend recommended MIF and I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks with (what was then called) Postnatal Slimdown. But even more than that, I learned I could get a killer workout in 30 minutes or less. Even better than that? I learned proper form for the exercises and learned how to work out in a way that would reduce risk for injury and maximize benefits. Five years later and another baby later and MIF is still go-to workout source.

Honestly, I feel like I have my own personal trainer when I work out with MIF. If you want to get a great workout into your day in under an hour, from the comfort of your own home, with someone who will actually teach you how to properly perform the exercise and why you do it- MIF is for you and this app makes it easy and convenient to access from anywhere.

The perfect workout videos for busy women!

There are plenty of workout program options based on your ability level and the amount of time you have to workout. If you are someone who likes to have a plan, Lindsay has calendars you can use, but if you want videos based off the amount of time you have or the type of workout you want, her videos are well organized. I am on my third program and really enjoying Lindsay’s workouts. She is constantly correcting form and encouraging you throughout the video. There are modifications as well to help with certain conditions or to take it up a notch. I have needed minimal equipment - a chair, towel, several sets of weights, a yoga mat, and a pilates ball. Instead of the pilates ball, I have used one of my children’s kickballs and even substituted some canned goods for light weights. I am feeling better and more in shape than I have in years. My children also enjoy watching the videos and attempt to workout along with me. The workouts are all “G” rated in my opinion and all about you physically becoming a better version of yourself. I highly recommend!

Perfect for Postpartum fitness and beyond!

I was pretty active prior to my pregnancy and during, but I had no idea where to start postpartum. I wanted to ease into fitness but also go a little bit harder than just the occasional stretch or walk, once I was cleared to exercise, of course!). I found Moms Into Fitness, tried the free first week trial and I was hooked! Lindsay is so encouraging and kind while also helping you strengthen, tone and feel amazing. I love that there are so many workouts to choose from no matter if I’m feeling tons of energy or feeling really tired after waking up multiple times at night with my little one. I love that she shows you modifications to take it easy or push harder, and I’m excited to use MIF when I’m pregnant next! Also, even though I’m out of the postpartum stage, I still find her Pretty Fierce and other workouts very challenging if you’re looking for more. I also have really gotten into running and I love that she has strengthening, core work and stretching specifically to accommodate runners. There is literally something for everyone!
