Ratings and Reviews
The UX for unlocking the car is buggy
Whenever I try to start my ride, I get prompted whether I want to purchase extra insurance. If I select No, a lot of times the car doesn't unlock, if I say yes, it usually works.
This means that I end up wasting time trying to click no fast enough after swiping to unlock in the hopes that it takes effect.
First time rider
So easy, fun and worry-free. What a nice way to travel!
Scam
Advertised 0.15c/min. Used for 111 minutes. Got a bill for 204e instead of 16.65e. Scam.
