Simple, effective

Using this app has made managing our delivery so much easier. We require distilled water, and have tried multiple ways to keep our supply at a certain level but have struggled with it until we started using this app. We always keep eight bottles on hand because we go through 4 every 2 weeks, so we keep 4 extra in case something happens with a delivery. This app sends a reminder in the form of a banner to my home screen, and I don’t have to remember a password so I’m able to update my order because sometimes it will vary that we need five or only two or sometimes all eight. We have two standing racks in the garage that hold four bottles each so it becomes cumbersome when we go beyond eight and it gets a little worrisome when we get down to one bottle. Also, our delivery man, Ruben, is awesome. He is always as accommodating as possible. Thank you

Mostly great

The app works great and is easy to navigate there is a lot more than water. My complaints are for the third month in a row I am told it will deliver by end of day then it gets delayed to the next day. I don’t think drivers follow the orders very well and often just drop off however many containers you have out. Another frustrating item is items that you order like tea or energy drinks never show and while you don’t get charged asking customer service tells you they are no longer available . So the app in regards to what is actually available is only so so but the product is first rate when it does arrive.

Unreliable and shoddy service. Avoid this company! Don’t trust the positive reviews

We rely on this water service primarily for our baby’s safe water needs but it has been unreliable and shoddy. A couple of weeks before Christmas the delivery guy under delivered and did not take back all the bottles saying he didn’t have space and would come back next week. Never showed up. Customer service claimed to then schedule one for next day. Instead it became a few days later. Which got delayed again and finally never got delivered. This water company has left us high and dry for the holidays without any water. What is the point of a water delivery service of they cannot even deliver? Avoid this unscrupulous company that doesn’t even care or do anything when you complain.

Update: Even after complaining to corporate headquarters it’s been crickets. I’ve been close to a month without any deliveries. I contacted my locally owned competing water delivery service instead and it seems everyone in my area has been calling them to switch. Make your conclusion based on that as to how much this company cares about its customers.
