To take advantage of the convenience and simplicity of The National Bank of Indianapolis App, you must be enrolled as a National Bank of Indianapolis Online Banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with the same Online Banking credentials.

Taking picture of check
I use other apps that require a picture of a document. One that I use multiple times daily, detects the border of the document and AUTOMATICALLY takes the picture and it improves the quality of the document at the same time.
The NBI app asks to tap the screen to take the picture. I had to tap multiple times before I was able to take the 2 pictures you required. The quality of the check picture could be improved. Other than that I’m glad I can deposit checks without making a trip to the bank. Thanks!
I LOVE the convenience
The ability to deposit checks virtually is so convenient. I am very grateful to have my account at The National Bank of Indianapolis. I always receive outstanding customer service from Melissa Warriner. She goes over and beyond to make sure I receive the best service. I would highly recommend this branch and bank.
