Customize reps, sets, and and exercises without limitations.
Use Siri to talk you through the workout like a personal trainer!

How to Use:
Press "Create Workout" on the main menu page.
Choose a name for your workout and then press "Add Exercise".
Name your exercise, for example, "Bench Press" then press "Add Set".
Determine the "Rest Time" or the amount of time before the start of the set.
Select the number of reps in the set.
Next, add some "Rep Phases" then choose their name and duration.

This is where LetsFitness's flexibility comes from:
Rep Phases can be used to represent the positive, negative, and neutral motions of an exercises,
such as the positive lifting motion of a bench press, the negative lowering of the bar,
and the neutral holding a bar, with muscles tensed.

Of course Rep Phases can accomplish more, such as keeping tempo of cardio based workouts.
For example allotting 10 second intervals of mountain climbers, jumps squats and jumping jacks.

After customizing your Reps, press "Create Set" to return to the exercise menu.
You can add more sets to your exercise, or press "Complete Exercise".
Pressing "Complete Exercise" returns you to the workout menu.
From here you can add more exercises, or save your workout.
To save, press "Save Workout".
This returns you to the main menu from here you can load an existing workout, or play the workout you just created.

Ingenious Weight LiftLifting App

The most impressive feature is the app employs Siri as your coach in your workout. You know how easy it is to either lose count of your reps, take too long a break between sets, or keep the hold time during a force set. It’s turns out this app keeps on point with everything.

Their are several preset workouts you can use or create your own. Let’s say it’s Chest day in your bulking phase. You name each exercise. As you add each set, you add the number of reps. Then you can allot the length of time you take for the positive and negative portions of the lift in each rep. Add your break time between each set and exercise.

Once you’ve inputted your workout, you can play it and and just follow Siri’s instructions as she coaches you through the workout you programmed her for.

You can easily adjust the timings as you need to fit your level of conditioning and the time you need to set up between exercise.

I’m looking forward to watching this app evolve further from this very promising start.
