Horrible customer service.

I have tried rizek for many items from pcr, beauty and maintaining. Its all about the provider. This app add no value nor take any responsibility nor even respond when a provider fail. They mark service by 20% with no effort. Stat away as when it goes wrong no one there to call. At least direct you have some accountability.

Very negative experience and zero accountability

I am disgusted. Worst home service app I have encountered.

booked an at home pcr test at 3:30 pm in the afternoon, I took the earlier slot available which was 7-8 pm same day and pic for the 12 hour results so that I would have my results the next morning. At 7:20 pm I was still not assigned a hero so I sent a message, only after I reached out was I contacted to be told that they couldn’t fulfill the request, and my options were a refund or pcr the next day. I explained that it was now too late for me to book anyone else and that if I was to do next day they should do a faster express pcr. My request was rejected, even after I explained that I could no longer book a pcr for that night since they only called me at 7:30 pm which was in middle of the time of my appointment anyway!
Now I am scrambling to find someone else to conduct the test and also having to pay more due to their delay. Completely unacceptable. The least they could have done is cover the difference for the faster test as it was their mistake.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

I booked a PCR for my 16 month old baby today at 9:00-10:00am stating clearly in the remarks that it was for 16 month old baby. Rizek’s team called at 8:30am to tell me they had to reschedule to 1:00-2:00pm, I re-iterated that it was for a baby and they said yes the team will come between 1 and 2. No one showed up or called, I called back and 2:30 and your team told me that they talked to the concerned lab and the “hero” will call me when they’re on the way. 4:00pm no one called or showed up. I called back and they said the lab appointed can’t do it for a baby and they will call another lab and check if they can schedule another appointment for today. It’s 6:00pm, no one called yet I am on a call with your team that just informed that your labs don’t do PCRs for babies. I SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE AND HAD THAT IN THE REMARKS. If you can’t do the job you should’ve notified me in the morning and I could’ve gone and gotten a PCR in one of the million labs in Dubai that do it! Instead Rizek made me waste a full day without being able to take my sick child to a doctor.
