I’m not sure how this app collects your progres

It’s easy to set up habits
And it supposed to show your progress
But there is no way to input that you completed a progress . I put in I want to drink 4 glasses of water daily. After drinking a glass today I opened the app to to record I glass down but there no way to record it.
