Description

When the time comes to recharge your vehicle’s A/C, the A/C Pro® phone app is here to help you. Step by step instructions, specifically tailored to your vehicle, guide you through the process. From locating the low side pressure port to letting you know when the recharge is complete, the instructions are seamless and easy to follow.
If you are using an A/C Pro® product with Smartcharge ™ technology, the app will connect to the gauge via Bluetooth. The app then provides guided, adaptive vehicle-specific instructions helping to eliminate guesswork. An integrated troubleshooting guide helps users get back on track should the need arise.

Don’t feel like reading instructions?
Alternatively, The app also provides instructional videos that are also
specific to your vehicle’s year make and model to help guide you through the
recharge process.

Perhaps you just need help in locating the low side port. The app includes access to the low side port finder – a robust image database showing where low side ports reside for most vehicles.

The App also provides access to the A/C spec database, which provides refrigerant and oil specifications and capacities by vehicle.

If you still need additional help using an
A/C Pro product the app will connect you directly with our support team.

Thank you for choosing A/C Pro for all of
your Auto A/C needs.

App is good. Product dispenser is junk!

My problem is the opposite of some of the others here. The app is pretty basic. But it tells me the basic info I need to know for make and model. My issue is, the valve and hookup on the refrigerant can of this product either must be defective or the can valve itself. Because I hooked this up to two cars at my home that both needed refrigerant. And it would not pump refrigerant into either one. And yes, I removed the red tab between the can and the valve and reader. I tried disconnecting from both cars and reconnecting the quick release valve multiple times. It was hooked on perfectly.

I was helping a family member. After a half hour of wasted effort and time, they got frustrated enough, they simply said forget it. And went and had the car refrigerant charged at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy hooked it right up and had it charged in 15 minutes. In the meantime, it cost twice what this can cost to charge. And we already had an open can of this at $62. So we wasted our time, money and then spent twice as much to charge the air. All because the can or nozzle on this product was defective and would NOT pump the product into the ac system like it is supposed to. Will NEVER buy this brand again! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND the product is junk!

I realize this is the software part. But I wanted to make sure people at the company read about our lousy experience with the actual product this software is for…

App is buggy at best.

Coolant works well. The app did not want to accept the UPC from the can. Then the app repeatedly displayed a JSON error when trying to select the vehicle make and model. I’m not sure the Bluetooth pressure gauge is accurate because the number never changed but the system did improve blowing much colder air. I wouldn’t buy this again. A can with a basic analog gauge would better serve you. A simple internet search of your vehicle make and model will provide the charging port location+instructions- the same info in this app.

This stuff works

A/C wasn’t working, fixed it with this in about 10 minutes. Now it blows crisp, cool air. App is intuitive and had easy to follow, step-by-step instructions. Honestly not sure why there isn’t a higher rating - I would recommend this to anyone. Sure beats the time and expense of taking the car to a repair shop.

For the company - the only step that wasn’t entirely clear was at the end. It didn’t specify when the car should be turned off (or whether that even matters). So I wasn’t sure whether to remove the hose from the port before or after turning off the engine.
