Parry's Pizza 4+

The food is amazing!!! We have been here 4 times in 3 weeks!!!! The problem we have is that we can’t choose what we want to eat…..pizza, pasta, sandwiches, wings, appetizers…..we can go in and on but you get the gist.

Last 3 times time i have ordered Takeout and said I would pick it up in an hour. It’s never been ready!!! They tell me it will be ready shortly. Half hour later here comes the rest of my food after the pizza has been sitting there for who knows how long. Spoke to the manager and she responded “what do you want me to do”. Make you another pizza. Why would I do that and wait another half hour. I was hoping for some compensation I told her. She was like that’s not going to happen. So sad how customer care has gone down so much. Won’t be back poor customer service.

The Parry’s app is okay, but there have been a couple of times I wasn’t able to place a pickup order.

Parry’s food itself has been inconsistent. The first time I ate there, the Meatball appetizer and the pizza I got were great. A week or two later, I went to dine in with a friend and the pizza we were served was way over cooked and completely dried out. Frankly, I couldn’t believe the waitress brought it to us…and I prefer a well done pizza!
