You can now browse the app at your convenience and manage all aspects related to your property from the comfort of your own home. Whether you want to settle a bill, access personal information, upload/download a document, book a maintenance request, book a function room or sign up for a fitness class in your community health club all this and more is available through the Provis App.
In addition to the full suite of services, through Provis App you can customize your dashboard to suit your preference. See a problem in your community? Just take a quick photo with your phone upload and report it through the app. Opt for push notifications to remind you of upcoming events in the community. Looking to connect with your community? Through The Provis App you can now connect with the community through a live chat. The Provis app has been designed with you in mind and its main purpose is to act as your personal assistant from Provis, and most importantly, it’s free.

It keeps getting worse
The app seem to work OK for a while. Then all of a sudden residents of Provos were forced to confirm their reservations. This was an unnecessary, and annoying addition to the app. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to have to confirm some thing that they are already booked. It only as an annoying step to an already complicated process of having to make bookings.
Then on top of that now it’s almost impossible to make a booking because the App forces you to scroll through every amenity on every property that Provis has which seems to be well in the hundreds. You should only be able to scroll through the amenities at your property to make bookings. Also some of the gyms such as arc Jim are not included anymore.
Please remove the confirmation and fix the bookings. The app has become a hassle to use.
App is as useless as the company
Was given my keys 2 weeks ago. Still can’t access this app. Still haven’t been given building access cards. Provis chooses to make their problems the problems of the tenants instead of dealing with things themselves.
UPDATE: Still a worthless app. Email exists. There are tons of companies that have an online option in addition to an app. No idea why they make things unnecessarily difficult.
App doesn’t open after update
I don’t understand how such a large company as Aldar/Provis can make an app which is essential for living in the community so bad and useless. When it works it is literally so slow that a simple task of booking an amenity can take a couple of mins to do (95% of the time you are just waiting for the app to load).
After the recent and forced update, the app doesn’t open at all. What a joke.
