As a Blue KC member, you can download the free MyBlueKC app to help make the most of your Blue KC plan. With new and improved features, the MyBlueKC app gives you easy access to your healthcare coverage 24/7, wherever you are.
Use the app to:

• See your most recent claims
• View and share your ID card
• Find a doctor, hospital or other healthcare provider
• Track deductibles and spending account balances
• View pharmacy benefit information (if applicable)
• Connect to Health & Wellness programs
• NEW for ACA/Direct Pay Members only: Pay My Bill and ACA Rewards (for wellness points)
Features available are based on your plan and benefits.
The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

Version 1.22.4
This update provides a minor UI fix for the login screen. Please update now to access the latest version of the MyBlueKC app. You can also turn on automatic downloads in your app settings, so your app automatically updates with each new release.

Good overall, but missing a couple things
Other Blue Cross Blue Shield groups offer the ability to create iOS wallet passes for ID cards, not sure why this one doesn't.
Won’t even load
I have an updated iPhone and this app suddenly no longer works. I’m unable to get the app to even open for me. I used it at the beginning of this year and had a decent experience. For the past couple of months, however, this app simply doesn’t load. I’ve installed and reinstalled it multiple times.
Virtual care is crashing
In the past we’ve used the MyBlueKC app for virtual care and it worked pretty well. At the moment it is crashing right when you begin the appointment. This means you never get to speak with a doctor and it goes straight to the “how would you rate your provider” screen. Hope they can get this fixed soon!
