Poor
As a professional in aviation, I have used the WSI commercial products successfully. WSI Intellicast Weather is used in both corporate and government.
The app XBRO, sadly does not measure. Very slow startup, poor UI, and the location lookup feature does not work.
The app should be updated since Apple has updated the IOS many times.
