Ordering your TilePix couldn’t be easier…and you can even pick them up same day! Just download the iOS app and select the layout you want…or make your own. You can choose your photos from your iPhone library or social media. It’s easy to apply filters and we even offer two different matte colors, if you want one. You can pickup smaller TilePix orders at your local Walgreens or we’ll FedEx larger orders to you for free.

App crashes
The app crashed a few times when I made changes to my picture selections but finally worked in the end. I don’t like that I was unable to do same day pickup for 16 tiles. Walgreens should be able to handle that volume. I would have chosen a different company but I like the magnet feature.

Hi Ollada. Thank you for your TilePix purchase! And for your perseverance. Obviously the app should not be crashing on you. The version you're on is actually very stable so, if you don't mind, we're going to contact you to get more details on where you were in the app when you experienced issues.
Thank you for your feedback about Walgreens too. The throttle on order size for the launch was to make sure stores were not overwhelmed. We are working closely with Walgreens to increase the number of TilePix per order for Same Day Pickup. For larger orders, FEDEX shipping is free and typically only takes a couple of days.
We're thrilled you like our magnetic mounting system! The ability to make micro alignments on spacing without having to take them off the wall is a game-changer for photo tiles...especially when putting up large gallery-style memory walls.
