What’s the problem, please fix!
I have never had a issue using the app, it has always worked for me. Starting last month early September, I get a error popup when logging in “LOGIN FAILED, Please Try Again” nothing you do works to fix it I tried resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app everything, but still get the same thing as above “LOGING FAILED, Please Try Again”. The only way now is to check it through the website which takes forever. I don’t know what happened for the developers to break the app and not acknowledge the many users posting the same exact problems and errors and not doing anything to let us know or fix the issue. A update or follow up on what is wrong would go a long way.
Locked out:
It prompted me that my password has expired and that I needed to reset it, I did then it said error with locking in like my information I was entering was wrong. It kept tell me to retry, when I did nothing worked. I even tried deleting and redownloading but still nothing, I’m still locked out!!! This app is horrible just like everyone in the review section says! Still locked out, what’s the point in an app that doesn’t work. When things aren’t rushed to be created that’s when it actually works, this app is a joke! It was rushed and such a headache!!
Cannot check my balance from the app
I recently changed phones and I don’t know if that’s the issue but when I go to the app that is downloaded on my phone, I cannot check my balance.
I have reported it several times and all I get is what seems to be an automatic response that does not help me in anyway. the only thing I can gather from these responses is that perhaps my account has been locked out and I need to re-register. I have tried to register again and it tells me that I’m already registered, so what is going on.
I did this morning, Google how to update the app in case it was not updated, and I was able to login there and get my balance.
