Here’s what else you can do with Mass Bay Credit Union:
-Keep your transactions organized by allowing you to add tags, notes and photos of receipts and checks.
-Set up alerts so you know when your balance drops below a certain amount
-Make payments, whether you’re paying a company or a friend
-Transfer money between your accounts
-Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back
-Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.
To use the Mass Bay Credit Union app, you must be enrolled as a Mass Bay Credit Union digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Great response to messages
Very user friendly software, the response time for messaging is very reasonable and they take every matter with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Mass Bay I’ve been a customer for 30 plus years
Poorly done
It’s obvious they did not consider the end-user in mind when they develop this app. First, when they transferred the accounts mine somehow defaulted to using an email address I had stopped using over 15 years ago....when asked, they told me when they transferred the information everyone’s account reverted to the original account settings...so how many customers do you think may now not be getting emails about their accounts? Second it’s set up to send a text message for the verification code...which in my case goes to a landline and nobody seems to know how to change that. Third, the check deposit feature is quirky...you have to have the portrait lock off for it to work correctly...but is that important information listed anywhere...no!! And theres more but those are the three most annoying so far.
They really killed this one
I don’t do app reviews but for mass bay it’s worth it - your investment in building this new app out is going to pay so many dividends in coming years. Great job!!
One thing - my Dad’s transaction list now shows all of his own PLUS his kids’ accounts that are linked. It’s very confusing for him to have it in one spot. Maybe a drop-down to select just one would be best
