So glad the FWCCU made the change to upgrade the mobile app. This app has great features such as Touch ID, Bill Pay, and a user friendly interface.
Issues?
Why does it take so long to get transaction information? I’ve also received money from cash app, a app where you send money digitally, and I put it instantly into my account but it still needs to be verified? I payed a instant fee to get it sent directly into my account and I still haven’t gotten my money. I withdrawn from cash app and I’m still waiting for it to be deposited into my account, is this because the branch is only open on the weekdays? I need my money in my account as soon as possible and I also need that check that I submitted through the app to be verified or not because I really need to the money and everything is taking to long.

So pleased with this new app, especially since the credit union team listened when we members said ‘please update the app.’ They did and hit a home run. Thank you!
