This by far the best bbq restaurant around. The location in Ooltewah TN is by far the most memorable experience. Having an app makes taking the shack easy and on the go. Instead of using a reward signup system located in the restaurant I can conveniently have access on my phone. Not to mention how nice the staff there are. Front of house members such as Davis, Dylan, and Matt really extenuate Shane’s rib shack mission statement and brand. Manger Kenneth along with general manger Philip keep their staff trained well and experienced. Not to mention the owner, Chad, who frequents the restaurant and loving personality is amazing. With the app I can unlock all new rewards. My favorite menu items that I could not obtain through the old system I can now! I will most definitely be saving up for a Shane’s t-shirt. I just adore the decor of their staff shirts and of the restaurant. Pictures in Shane’s rib shack of Ooltewah are intriguing to say the least. Overall I can’t wait to use this app every time I visit the Shane’s near me!

I have been visiting Shane’s since I was knee high to a grass hoper. If you are looking for some juicy, crispy, flavorful chicken tendies - this is the establishment you need to go to. If you are in the mood for some killer bbq with a true southern sweet tea - this is the establishment you need to go to.
Ready to get knuckle deep into those sweet, juicy ribs - this is the establishment to be at.

These folks at Shane’s made me feel like I won the lottery by making an app that I can order from, track my points, and redeem rewards for some superb food. Thank you Shane’s for making this app. God bless our troops, God bless America, and gentlemen- START YOUR ENGINES

The app looks great, but can’t check out!

This is my third attempt at ordering with the app with no success. It’s been weeks between attempts so it was not a temporary thing. The same occurred with my sister. Sort of scammy feeling too. I entered the order smoothly then entered my payment card info. The app tells me the payment was declined. Looking at my account immediately I see the payment went through. Called my bank at the same time and was advised that no payment was declined. I went in and used the same card and paid. The last two times this occurred, the “declined” payment posted to my account and my bank had to reverse charges. This cannot be a glitch. Feels like a scam. Hope it’s not as many do not check their accounts. Is it the payment vendor? Or bad coding?
