Reliable
Been using this app for several years with no problems. It has my confidence and definitely makes banking life easier. There have been only a couple of changes over the years (visible to end user) “to make things better “ which I have to say allowing deposits has been the only noticeable benefit. Very few changes, means very times I needed to adapt :) I used the online support only once and they were very helpful! I like supporting my local businesses and the little banks certainly need our support in these times ! Try the app! It’s safe and never wonky. Stick with this bank or give them a chance :) I’ve been a pleased customer for decades.
Works for me!
I like the functionality of the app. It allows me to pull up deposits I made and see the check, and I find the navigation logical. One little complaint is that sometimes the camera function that takes a picture of the check you’re depositing goes automatically from the front shot to the back shot, but other times it doesn’t and you have to tap the next icon. Such a small thing that I’m not withholding a star. It works for me!
So Easy To Use
The new FiveStarBank Mobile app is so easy to use to view your account balances and all your banking transactions can be done remotely. I can deposit my checks remotely and am informed within a short time if the check has been accepted for the transaction. I also am informed when my statement is available for viewing so I can balance my monthly transaction sheet. Keep up the excellent work FiveStarBank!!
