Increase Task Limit Without Imposing A Trial Period
I wish I could add more tasks (10ish vs the 1-2 it allows) without having to immediately be forced to begin a trial period. Seemed super simple and not too flashy for my 8 year old to manage on her own. The subscription price is really good, I would just rather not be forced to sign up right away. Maybe I’ll come back to this app another time but for now I’ll stick to some other one that allows a tad bit more tasks without that trial period.
Closest to what I’m looking for
This app is almost exactly what I’m looking for. A lot of apps have like calendar planning—I don’t want to put my daughter’s entire routine on every day of the calendar. That would be way too cluttered. Some of them are more like lists that you cross off and then the items disappear. I don’t want that either. This colorful app is designed exactly to follow a kid’s consistent routine every day, which is what I really wanted. It was the only one I could find that’s designed exactly like this.
It is kind of expensive for the limited functions, to be honest. Some of the other apps I tried had way more functions and cost less. I know that the pricing is going to vary but I would appreciate a little bit more functions for the price I am paying, but that’s ok. I know things cost money BUT.
The absolute biggest change that I would REALLY like to see is the ability to share the routine with different people. Currently, I have this routine set up on just my phone only, but if I could share it with my husband and allow him to access it as well, that would make me SO happy. As far as I can tell, this is not currently possible. Add this feature and my review would be 5/5!
The best I’ve tried!
I am an adult with inattentive ADHD and DID. I’ve used many scheduling and to-do list apps for adults that were very functional but didn’t work for me. Then I looked to see if there were apps for ADHD and there were, but lucky me! I found this one, aimed at children!
Bright colors, cute icons, sounds, confetti, and my daily schedule repeats, all I have to do is uncheck the boxes (I haven’t found a way for it to repeat without doing this but there may be one… it’s not a bother to do it).
I love it and it’s working for me like nothing else has! As a former kindergarten and first grade paraeducator, I know that this is spot on for kids with ADHD!!!
