ergo/ was created based on scientific studies suggesting mobile device usage is associated with neck pain, muscle fatigue, and changes in spine biomechanics (increased strain on your spine). Improper posture can also hinder you from standing tall and projecting confidence!

ergo/ uses your iPhone's built-in sensors to determine its orientation and sends a notification when your posture should improve. You can also check your posture + daily activity in the background with location services enabled, and ergo/ will send a notification when you should get moving!
