Incredible!

I haven’t even started the practice yet as I just downloaded the app. However, I’m still giving it 5 stars solely for the first 3 lectures I have listened to. The lectures are worth downloading the app even if that is all you took from it. I have studied yoga, Ayurveda, Jyotish and classical Tantra for years. I have never heard a lecture on Samkhya philosophy that was not only wonderfully succinct but inspiring! 🙏🏽. If you are interested in Tantric philosophy and practice, download this app!

Great app from a great teacher

This app is super nice & just what I’ve been waiting for. The videos are very high quality. Great lighting and audio. There’s no music in the asana practice which is nice to keep it very meditative. Octavio is a great teacher and I’m looking forward to diving deeper into this sadhana practice with him. I took a few classes with him while in Bali last year and haven’t found a teacher like him since so I’m super thankful for this app🙏

Your level doesnt matter

If you are an advanced yogi or a beginner this app is for you. I have done some yoga on and off and often just forget about it for periods of time. This app makes it easy and keeps you consistent. It also takes a whole new view of yoga which is very refreshing. It keeps you lkevel and stationary and stops your mind from spinning off into fake space. Highly recomended.
