Wonderful
I love this app, it works great, has plenty of information about clients, I can send messages via the app to head office my office nurse or even family, I never really ever have to talk to my bosses or even see them, not to mention you can fill the completed part without having to input everything at once love it ✌🏽
Home health
I don’t like this app it’s always saying you did not sign at which you know you did after your shift ends. It also uses too much data and when you are a few minutes late Rosie starts to call and send texts this is annoying because it calls back to back and sends you all these texts. Sometimes you are unable to clock in and out 🤦🏽♀️ I’m so over this app I uninstall and reinstall same thing .
Has never worked properly!
Half the time can not clock in or out at clients location. Having to type in the same info over and over. If the screen closes you have restart the whole app and refill the info in Tasks which is super annoying and time consuming. I’ve never been able to submit for time off on the app it never works and I have to call the office. What was the point of adding “running late” button just for them to call and text while your most likely driving?? I don’t talk and drive so I can’t answer it’s just pointless. Can’t see the timesheet. The care plan is glitching half the time. All around disappointment and I’m sure I left something out
