You can upload digital images to a digital frame. Period. It is easy to use if you don't care what parts of your photos are cropped out. You link to the frame and pick your photos. The major flaw is that you cannot adjust/crop your photos within the app to properly fit the frame. It does show you where it’s cutting your photo off, but does not allow you to adjust the cropping /placement in any way. You have to leave the app, go into pictures, find the photos you’ve already located/selected in the app, crop them to better fit the frame (hopefully), go back to the app, find those photos again, select them and hope the cropping you choose looks better. If not, repeat the previous step. Then, after uploading, if you don’t want to keep your original photo cropped you need to go back to photos and revert those photos to original. Its a hassle. I know after using this for a family member’s frame, I will not purchase one that uses this app unless the app is improved.

I just unboxed it and followed the straightforward instructions. After reading the reviews, I initially was bummed to see the issues. However, I ended up not experiencing the same things after reading the instructions and following the app guide. To clarify, the app itself is strictly for uploading. I edited my photos and videos on a 3rd party app, which I also use for IG post editing etc, to fix the ratio or general editing prior to uploading it on this app. It wants a 16:9 ratio for landscape viewing. I haven’t tested the portrait way yet. You decide itself is touchscreen so that’s nice. You can go into the settings within the device and turn off caption mode to not show your name and upload into on the bottom of the frame. You can adjust the transition time within that settings menu too. You also have the option to delete the photo on the frame if revoking it within the app doesn’t sync like others mentioned. I’ll come back and update my review if I end up hitting any of the previous snags others listed, but so far so good! I’m a flight attendant so I bought it to upload photos for my family to see when I’m away. It’s cute that it makes a musical chime when I add something so it alerts them.

I received the frame from my kids during Christmas 2024. It took me two months to get it up and running due to a busy schedule and the uploading was super tedious. It took me about forty minuets to load about 220 photos, but stuck it out and did it. I brought my new fancy digital frame to the office and it’s been here for about a month. The video and music option listed on the screen have never worked. It doesn’t auto fit photos just cuts off my grand daughter’s face mid way. I Set it to the basic settings and now my photos don’t cut off but i don’t get the clock or date on the screen and I am not impressed with the fact that it wont let you even choose a background for cell pictures that don’t take up the full screen.

I went on vacation and have another 200 pictures to add to the frame and now the app will no longer show the frame as available. Reset everything thinking i would start fresh but nope kept the old setup and wont let me re-establish a connection i don’t want to email all the pictures one at a time (for the best quality i can only sent 1-3 pictures at a time)

My frustration has me looking for a different frame altogether and a better application.
