Best App I’ve Used Ever
Kudos to the SD&E Team and QA Testers at Mass Mutual for creating one of the best apps I have used on my smartphone. Whatever you are doing, don’t change. Keep up the good work. Very user friendly app, love the colors, and the little spinning dots!
Login Issues
I have used this app for years, and the recent update is a serious downgrade. I never get the option to log in with Face ID anymore. Every time I log in, it is turned off. Then I enable it again and it isn’t available the next time.
I have to log in with email and password, which isn’t a huge deal except it takes several minutes to log in. It usually takes long enough that I just pull out my laptop, open a browser, go to the website, and login that way. Usually by the time I’ve done all of that, my app is still not done with the login process.
The app has some nice aesthetic improvements, but overall, has taken a huge step backwards. I don’t care how nice the app looks if I can’t even log in to see it.
An app that offers next to nothing
Other than account maintenance activities, like changing passwords, mailing address, etc. this app literally provides me with just one data point: account total. There are no statements to view, no history of transactions—nothing. I have been revisiting this app every few months for the past couple of years and it has always been and remains useless.
