This room is the first in Texas to feature M3X+ Megaformers with Ramps to take your workouts to the next level. Using the Lagree method, every move in this room enhances your body’s core, flexibility, balance and endurance.

Want to shed unwanted pounds? Check our our BURN Room. Outfitted with the latest, self propelled, FTG Woodway Treadmills and free weight stations, this room is geared towards burning unwanted pounds in a fun, music-pumping atmosphere. Our Woodways are designed to decrease the impact on your joints and help you burn more calories than other cardio equipment.

Take your strength and performance to the next level in our POWER Room. The Power Room is focused on increasing your performance and strength with HIIT style classes using weights and other state-of-the-art equipment in a fun and challenging atmosphere. Here, we take advantage of the after-burn effect, leaving you burning fat and building strength long after the workout is over.
