I love this thermometer and app but…

This thermometer, and the idea of pairing it with an app is a great combination. It’ll last for us to track fevers in our family for my toddler and child we really like our old functionality and the fact that you have three different age ranges that the app is intelligent enough to classify when you have a toddler an example in the 3 to 36 month category and automatically assigns all the temperature readings to them.

I think this could be better is it to me that the thermometer itself needs a firmware update sometimes when we turn it on and take readings, it will give us the same read no matter who we take the temperature from. I noticed this one day as we were using it I would read it 98.4 and then I would test my son and it would be 98.4 and then no matter who I tested it would be 98.4 turn it off and back on would reveal that my son had a fever and yet I was normal so we see this frequently enough that we have to turn the thing off and turn it back on, occasionally as well will turn it on and it will just read an error.

When it works, it works well but the misread are frustrating especially in the middle of the night when you’re trying to get a sense of how high is my child’s fever and you have to make sure that you test yourself as well as them to make sure that it’s not just reading the same thing for both of you.

Good app! One bug!

Overall this app is great. One thing, looks like the timeline and the times on the graph are off by an hour. So for example if you take a temp read (or take medication, write notes, whatever) at 8am the profile graph shows on the graph as 7am. Please fix. Thank you!

Terrible app with lots of bugs

First, you have to scroll through pages and pages of terms and conditions and accept. Then you have to scroll through pages and pages of other terms and accept. You can finally create an account t after that.

Then you can add family members. When setting a birthdate, it wants a month and a year, but the only thing available is a month picker. You can’t choose any moth that is later than the current month, because that would be choosing a birthdate in the future. Yet you can’t choose a different year because the year picker doesn’t display until after you choose the month, tap done, and then tap the exact same field you were on, at which point the year and month picker actually both display at the same time.

I can’t add my entire family, as every time I add the sixth member, the app crashes.
