Tired of using the same 5 YouTube videos to get a good workout at home? In a matter of seconds, My Workout Builder creates a fully customizable workout that fits into any schedule.
Select your:
· Type of workout (Upper Body, Lower Body, Full Body, HIIT, Core Cardio)
· Length of workout (30 min, 45 min, 60 min)
· Target body area (lower, upper, select both for full body)
· Equipment availability (None, Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Barbell, Cable Machine)
· Any serious injuries that you may have
And your workout will be created from a database of over 1,000 movements (video instruction included)! If you do not enjoy a specific movement, simply swipe to replace it, and the app will pick another for you.

Ive been working out in my garage ever since covid. I’ve tried so many different workout apps, something is always missing and I’m
left frustrated. I love that I can quickly build a workout based on MY time, MY equipment, and any injuries I may have. If I do not like a movement I simply choose another one, and the remainder of the workout stages the same.

What happened?
I love when this app works. It's gone dark, like legit black screen, for a few weeks now. Are they shutting down the app? No one from the app's FB group responds to my questions. You can tell they see your messages, but never respond. This was the perfect app for me too, 'm super bummed it's no longer working.
