Description

Revolutionary Choices is an innovative strategy game about the American Revolution. The choices you make decide the fate of the Patriot cause and the American republic.

To win the war, you must take into account not only actions on the battlefield, but also key events faced by the Revolutionary generation in both the Continental Congress and the individual states.

Victory is ultimately attained by defeating the British, but you must also establish and protect the high ideals of universal liberty and natural rights while nurturing the fragile union of the states. There are soldiers to recruit, armies to supply, and money to raise to fight the war for independence.

As you play, you will encounter many historical figures from diverse backgrounds who assist you in achieving victory. Fight your way to Yorktown while keeping morale strong among troops and citizens alike. Court alliances with France, Spain, and Holland. Defend your cities and utilize your scouts, spies, and agents to ensure victory against the British.

Independence was attained over the course of eight long years, but with Revolutionary Choices you can learn about America’s struggle in the course of a few hours!

Key game features:

* Navigate over 150 historic events and dilemmas faced during the Revolutionary War, illustrated using more than 200 images—some of which spring to life to recognize critical moments in the course of gameplay.

* Fight over two dozen of the Revolution's most famous battles.

* Meet famous revolutionaries including Continental Army officer Alexander Hamilton, Native American leader Daniel Nimham, and African American poet Phillis Wheatley, who you can deploy at unique moments to give you gameplay advantages when it's needed most.

* See how your decisions on and off the battlefield impacted the creation of the United States and its highest ideals with multiple end scenarios.

Best American Revolutionary War game hands down

I finally just beat this game after almost a year of off and on playing. It wants you to really balance your stats to ensure longevity. Always think about both choices at Critical moments, although if you are doing it right you will often have one option.
You will also have to move your armies around quite a bit to be effective.
This game makes you analyze the events and choose the proper course of action. Same with combat, I like how the moves can interact with the opponents in different ways.
I like the update so far, it adds to the learning aspect.
A few things that I noticed: When topping off on troops, I think that you should only be charged for what you need. The 300 standard is fine, but if my army requires less than that, I want to pay the correct price.

I was surprised to hear that this game was made by an educational institution rather than an independent studio. Everything is of amazing quality and I cant wait to see future updates

Really good history game

Really good game. I like the mix of history and your own choices. It makes for a really fun game. I just wish that each and every time you start a new one, you don’t have to go through the tutorial. This just gets a little repetitive after playing a few times. I also wish that you could pay for the amount of troops you want. I pay the 100k for the 300 men when I only need 50 and the rest go to waste. I know this might be to much to ask, but I also think it would be cool if the cards could allow you to start campaigns to. Say if you draw a card that allows you to advance on Montreal or attack a British encampment. I feel like adding a little more freedom to the campaign and allow you to play the war as you want.

The best phone strategy game I’ve ever played.

This game is so fun, very detailed and very good with the small details. I love the pictures the use, I love everything about it. My only knock would be the battles could be a little bit more strategic, the options are strategic but it usually just comes down to having more guys but other than that this is a 10/10 game. I played it for two weeks, it took a few tries to beat it. Would definitely play anything else this dev team kicks out. Download it now if you like strategy games or the rev war.
