Great support and attention to detail
As someone who is type A and loves all the fine details, this app is very easy to use and coach Maddie adjusts everything to my goals! Checkins are always very detailed and when I need to swap out an exercise it's super easy to do on the app. 💪🏼
Impossible to cancel subscription
I hate to do this because I enjoyed the app when I was using it but I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for two weeks now with no response. I’ve emailed through the website and three time in the private message center in the app. There needs to be a better option to cancel subscriptions. It’s frustrating to know that the coach is responsive in the group chat function with other members but not when you’re trying to cancel.
