Lara Health is only available to patients enrolled into remote care service powered by Lara Health. To login into your account, use the credentials shared with you during the enrolment process or contact your care provider. To learn more about Lara Health, ask your doctor if they offer remote care services through Lara Health and if you are eligible for an enrolment, or visit us at http://lara.health.
