The app makes it easy to ask for help along every step of your cancer journey. Download the app, create an account and setup your CareCrew by inviting friends & family to your private cancer support group. From the home screen select Request, choose the help you want, insert request details and ask anyone in your CareCrew cancer support group to pitch in. Attach pictures, documents, voice messages, and more taking the stress out of asking for help to deal with leukemia, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer and more.

Help cancer patients without overwhelming them. Simply share all the ways you are available to help and let them select the help they need most. Friends, family and caregivers can send voice messages, attach pictures, documents and stay in touch with the cancer patients at every step of their cancer care.

Track every step of the cancer journey using tools such as the help tracker, wellness tracker, wishlists, notification reminders, journal and more.

Love this app because it allows me to communicate my cancer journey with several people at one time. Or I can send information to specific individuals. The Help Request has also been beneficial and allows for loved ones to offer “help” outside of what you might normally consider. People want to help and don’t know how so this plus the wishlist are great tools.

Great app for all kinds of support when you’re going through a tough diagnosis and need a hand
As someone who has gone through these tough times, it is great to know that the my CareCrew app exists. This app will facilitate any help that you need through a simple request via the app. Your “crew” (friends and family) can help you through these personal requests via the app whether it’s a request for a home cooked meal, emotional support, or anything on your wishlist. This is the kind of support you need during these difficult times. Your family won’t know how to help you if you don’t ask. This is a great way to communicate and track the support that you need.

Not intuitive, frustrating and unhelpful.
If I post a status update, I can’t see my own status updates or later share them with additional CareCrew members have to be deleted and reinvited to join, if I need to make corrections to their contact information. CareCrew members aren’t able to communicate with each other in the app regarding my care. I can’t send group messages that everyone can see and response to, but instead have to send individual messages to each person. There’s no spell check. There is no place to deposit information, like a list of my doctors and their contact information. I contacted the developers and they said updates are coming. But as of right now this app is in beta mode. A group text would offer more options.
